This is a great show, however you left out some of the more popular site in this catagory... like the one I found my husband on!
Shaadi.com ,Bharrt.com all of these types of site let you find someone with whom you connect with on a more religious basis... Yes it's true that the asian communitis predominatly use these sites hey it was developed for them after all... but being who I am I had a friend ask me after a B.C. what it was exactly I was looking for and He sugested this site because for me I wanted someone who understood my religous stance and He needed to share or at least be able to cope with that.
I was in a relationship with a guy whpo was muslim, being hindu we had some major diffrences, We tried to over look these and even made long term plans.
When the dust settled after a huge fight I realized that I just could not deal with these things everyday for the rest of our lives.... now this does not mean that I don't care for MR. Muslim it just means that I do not want that in 10 yrs and 3 kids that we divorce due to this diffrence in point of view.
So I joined the site thinking it was a waste of time.
Had a lot of really bad dates, I mean cal thepolice bad, and had in fact given up untill I recived an E-Mail for HIM!
I ignored that E mail for a few weeks then, I read his profile wll to be honest I scaned it!
He seemed ok so I sent an e mail back saying I was sorry for the delay etc etc etc..
After 6 months we finaly meet.... ^ weeks later we got married that was 4 months ago,
I have never been happier.
PS our first "date" was a hindu temple.
God I love that man!
